Brief Description of the Service(s) You Offer:
DCP is the public mental health and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) treatment facility, offering both inpatient and outpatient services, crisis intervention, and outreach services to qualified residents of Fond du Lac County. The focus is on serving persons with limited income. In addition, the Birth to Three and Family Support Programs are provided to children with disabilities.

Hours of Service:
Outpatient: Desk opens at 7:30 AM. Appointment times are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday thru Thursday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Friday
Inpatient and crisis: 24 hrs. per day; 7 days per week.

Sliding fee scale; Medical Assistance (including some MA HMOs); limited private insurance.
