Joyce Gau, PBIS External Coach
Joyce Gau joined the CSI Project in 2009 as an external coach in the Positive Behavior Supports and Interventions (PBIS) initiative. As a graduate of Marian College (University) with a degree in Broad Field Social Studies and English with an emphasis in Secondary Education, Joyce taught for 16 years at St. Lawrence Seminary. After pursuing certification in the substance abuse field through Moraine Park Technical College, Joyce worked as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor for seven years. During that time she completed a Masters Degree program in Community Counseling through Lakeland College. With the emphasis on prevention, Joyce remains committed to improving the lives of youth through the PBIS framework.
