All You Need to Know About Vitamin D

Sunlight synthesizes Vitamin D, which experts believe is a mood elevator.
Research has linked low Vitamin D levels with depression, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, osteoporosis and cancer.
In 2006 a whopping one fourth of the population was deficient in vitamin D, which is about eight percent who were at risk for Vitamin D deficiency
