Being kind improves your health!
Studies show that a kind act for someone or just smiling at someone can decrease the effect of different diseases, both physical and psychological. It can also reverse feelings of depression, calm aggression, and decrease stress as it releases endorphins, which is our body’s natural pain reliever.
Tip: A smile can make you feel better and can improve someone’s day!
