Hobbies Lead to Happiness
Did you know people who value their hobbies more than their jobs, reported higher levels of happiness?
Hobbies can decrease stress, promote new social interactions, and decrease symptoms of depression.
Tip: Choose a hobby that you enjoy (even a new one), plan for 30 minutes to an hour of that activity, then be mindful of how you feel during and after the hobby.
