Laughter is the best medicine!
Laughing has many benefits. It is a great way to release stress, anxiety, and emotional pain. Laughing can improve your immune system, heart health, and release anger. It can make you feel recharged both physically and mentally while providing a new perspective.
Tip: When you hear someone laughing, move towards that conversation or add to the conversation by asking “what happened recently that made you laugh?”
