“Paper Tigers” (102 minutes) the first of a two part documentary series, that follows a year in the life of an alternative high school that has radically changed its approach to disciplining and working with its students, becoming a promising model for how to break the cycles of poverty, violence, and disease that affect families. “Resilience” (60 minutes) second of a two part documentary series detailing the long term effects of trauma and toxic stress on the body. Most importantly “Resilience” shows how to fight against these toxic stressors in a child’s life with field tested therapies to protect children from the stress they endure. Click here to fill out the “Resilience” agreement form. “Resilience” can only be shown at the Fond du Lac School District Administration Building OR the Fond du Lac Public Library.

In-Person Training Opportunities:

Building A Trauma Responsive Community is a 90 minute training focused on creating a shared understanding of trauma, increase awareness of the impact of trauma, and provide an overview of what it means to be a trauma-informed organization.
