Routines & Schedules
There are benefits to creating routines and schedules.
It does not have to mean that you are stuck in an uneventful routine. You can schedule what you want! By creating a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule, you are free to make time for what matters to you. It can help with productivity as well as a way to reduce anxiety.
Tip: Creating a routine provides more time for reflection, hobbies, and self-care. Do not be afraid to switch up your routine or add something new.
