Stay Hydrated!

Can NOT drinking enough water affect mental health?

Staying hydrated is a prominent factor in physical, emotional, and mental health. Drinking enough water can decrease feelings of dehydration and improve a person’s  mood and cognitive functioning. 

Tip: Take a water bottle wherever you go to help you stay hydrated throughout the day.
