What to Eat When You Are Stressed

When you’re already stressed, certain foods can potentially make matters worse, whereas other foods can help you feel physically well, which can go a long way in how you feel emotionally.
Tip: Limit refined sugars and add more dark leafy greens, pumpkin seeds, avocados, and figs to your diet.
