Hidden in Plain Sight: What Every Adult Should Know

A free event, presentation and mock bedroom set up that showed over 20 “red flags” that can signal drug or alcohol use. We identify where teens may hide or try to cover up drugs or alcohol, and how seemingly innocent household items can be used as drug paraphernalia.

Our goal is to educate parents, guardians, school staff and anyone who interacts with youth to know the signs of drug use, how it can lead to high risk behaviors and/or addiction and learn about prevention strategies and resources to take the next step in helping youth get the necessary support and help needed. As a community we have a responsibility to be a part of the solution, let’s start here and now.
