Mental Health Presentations & Trainings

There are a number of presentations and trainings that are available to be provided in Fond du Lac County by various groups on a number of different mental health, safety, and wellness related topics. Brief descriptions and contact information are included below.

Ending the Silence


An in-school presentation designed to teach middle and high school students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, how to recognize the early warning signs, and the importance of acknowledging those warning signs. Ending the Silence is a 50 minute presentation, FREE of cost, led by a team of trained presenters including a young adult living in recovery from mental illness. QPR Suicide Prevention Training


QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention trainings are 60-90 minutes long and are offered at no cost to groups/organizations anywhere in Fond du Lac County. Attendees will learn how to recognize a potential suicide crisis, respond in a safe and supportive way, and assist the individual in obtaining the help they need.
