Be an ACTIVE Listener
Listening attentively not only makes for better conversations but for better relationships as well.
Having social interactions where you feel heard and understood while also listening attentively yourself, can boost happiness and establish a sense of belonging and encouragement.
Tip: When in conversation, try not to predict where the conversation is going and instead ask questions.
