Dark Chocolate Health Benefits

Did you know you can boost brain power by treating yourself to a couple pieces of dark chocolate every few days?  

Studies found that consuming dark chocolate that has a high concentration of cacao has positive effects on stress, mood, memory and warding off diseases.

The ingredients found in cacao are extremely potent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, with known benefits for brain and cardiovascular health.
