Find your Inner Artist
Most of us enjoyed coloring as a child, but we can enjoy it as adults too!
Coloring puts us in a meditative state; it completely clears the mind and focuses on nothing but the coloring. While coloring, stress and anxiety can decrease and negative thoughts are pushed away. Whether waiting for appointments or coloring while sipping some tea, it can make for a more peaceful state of mind.
Tip: You do not have to be an artist, just find a coloring book with geometric shapes and color as you please!
