This course is being presented by CSI’s Destination Zero initiative which is funded through the Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

At the conclusion of this full-day “Train the Trainer” session, attendees will be certified to facilitiate the 60-90 minute QPR Suicide Prevention training. Class size is limited, and registrations will be processed on a first come, first served basis for those who agree to the following terms:

• Either the organization you represent or your employer plan to implement QPR training with staff and/or the individuals they serve.
• Providing basic reporting information (attendance and evaluation data) on the sessions you lead. 
• Co-leading at least one community-based QPR training in each of the next three years.
