Learn The Benefits of Meditation
Daily meditation: the practice of staying present and mindful for a limited period of time can have numerous benefits for our mental and physical health.
Benefits such as relieving stress and helping you relax, live more slowly and more present, improved focus, happiness, memory, self-control, and academic performance. Other benefits of meditation can include improved metabolism, heart rate, respiration, and blood pressure.
TIP: Do not aim for perfection, but rather focus on forming a daily habit of meditation. Dedicate 2 minutes a day to meditation for a month to help form a habit.
