Make It a Habit

Some individuals put themselves on a timeline in regards to creating healthy habits. Whether that is drinking water daily, quitting smoking, walking for 30 minutes a day, etc.

TIP: There’s no right or wrong timeline. The only timeline that matters is the one that works best for you. What matters most is consciously stepping in the right direction toward a change.
