Make The Bad Days Better

Have you ever had a bad day and can’t seem to snap out of it? You’re not alone. Here’s something that may help.                         

Tip: Write down a bunch of positive affirmations and healthy coping mechanisms and put them in a jar for when you need to snap out of a negative thought spiral.
