Reasons Therapy is Awesome
Get help, even if you think what you’re dealing with isn’t “bad enough.” There is no threshold of struggling you have to reach before therapy or medication is warranted.
Therapy is for a range of people with different mental health issues, from serious mental illnesses, like depression to general stress. Many people seek out therapy if they’re feeling distressed, unhappy, making a transition, or if they’re not pleased with their relationships or career.
Tip: If you’re experiencing changes that aren’t going away—especially if it’s interfering with your daily life—talk to someone and get help.
