Reasons to Learn to Forgive Others
People who forgive have better mental health and report being more satisfied with their lives.
Unresolved conflict can go deeper than you may realize—it may be affecting your physical and mental health. Studies have found that the act of forgiveness can help your health by lowering the risk of heart attack, improving cholesterol levels and sleep,and reducing pain, blood pressure and levels of anxiety, depression and stress.
It is a conscious decision to let go of the negative feelings that are affecting your health.
