Step Away From Social Media

Studies have linked the use of social media to depression, anxiety, poorer sleep quality, lower self-esteem, inattention, and hyperactivity — often in teens and adolescents. 

TIP: Take the time to step away from social media as it gets warmer to explore outside. This will help to limit your time on social media and help your mind to take a mental break.
