Take the Stairs

Choosing to take the stairs is a simple way to improve overall health. By making a habit out of taking the stairs instead of an elevator or escalator, you can increase stamina and lower blood pressure. 

Tip: Make a game of it! Try to beat those who take the escalator at the mall.
